Polarion's Dive Searchlight comes is 2 basic models. The "S" for Spot and "D" for Diffused. Each has been specifically designed and tuned for unique underwater applications.
NOTE: This HID searchlight is intended for Underwater Use and requires the cooling characteristics of the surrounding water to facilitate proper heat dissipation. This light will deactivate if the internal temperature of the light rises to a specified point. The U2 Abyss HID Searchlight can be re-activated when the system has cooled sufficiently.

Abyss "S" features an Orange Peel (stippled) Spot focused Reflector for use in underwater exploration, inspection, or sport-fishing applications.
The "S" model has a Color temperature of 4300k useful for a wide variety of observation tasking.
Abyss "D" features a Highly Diffused reflector for use in photographic/video applications underwater
The "D" model has a Color temperature of 5500k (bluer in color) for photographic purposes.
