RETURN POLICIES
Items purchased from Polarion-store.com can be returned for a full refund
within 10 days of the date of purchase. Items physically damaged
by the customer cannot be returned and will not be accepted.
Used rechargeable batteries used will not be accepted and the retail price of those batteries will be deducted from the total refunded amount to the customer. Any battery with any scratches, scuffs or marks on the contact surface will be considered used.
Note: A 15% Restocking fee will charged to the Buyer
for returns within 10 days. Items that do not fall with in the 10-day
return time frame will not be accepted. Products not eligible for
return shall be returned to Buyer freight collect.
All returns require
an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained
by providing the appropriate information in the form of a Trouble Ticket.
Items must be returned
in their original packaging. Please save all packaging and accessories
for any item that is returned to Polarion-store.com. All original equipment,
components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned
with your item in order for Polarion-store.com to process your RMA.
Any merchandise returned with out a RMA number will be Refused.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
Shipments will be deemed to have been accepted by Buyer upon delivery of the said shipments to Buyer unless rejected upon receipt. Buyer shall perform whatever inspection or normal operational tests Buyer deems necessary as promptly as possible but in no event later than three (3) days after delivery, after which time Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity must be reported within three (3) working days of receipt of the Products. In the event of an over shipment, Buyer shall have the option to return the Products to Seller at Seller's expense or alternatively, Buyer may elect to retain the Products (subject to adjustment of the invoice or the issuance of another invoice to account for such additional items.)
Refunds from Other Sellers
Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller for refunds.
EXCHANGES
In the case of defective items purchased from Polarion-USA, items, can be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Polarion-USA will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a defective item.
We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and processed the item that needs to be exchange. In most cases, we’ll issue an exchange within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
Exchanges from Other Sellers
Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller for exchanges.
DELIVERY AND TITLE
Polarion-USA will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to Customer's requested delivery date's). Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Polarion-Store.com are estimates only and that Polarion-USA will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates.
Credit Card statement will reflect your purchase through Xousia Systems Group.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Polarion’s warranty obligations for its
products are limited to the terms set forth below:
Polarion warrants it’s product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").
No warranty shall apply to any Product that has been subject to misuse, improper testing, assembly, mishandling, or which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation, maintenance or operation, or contrary to industry standards relating to acceptable input power.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Polarion’s authorized
representative within the Warranty Period, at its option, Polarion
will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished
replacement
parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which
has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at
least
functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the
purchase price of the product.
Polarion warrants replacement products or parts provided under this
warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date
of the replacement
or repair for ninety (90) days or for the remaining portion of the
original product's warranty, whichever provides longer coverage for
you. When
a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property
and the replaced item becomes Polarion’s property. When a refund is
given, your product becomes Polarion's property.
BUYER SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION COSTS, REMOVAL AND/OR REINSTALLATION COSTS, REPROCUREMENT COSTS, LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, PROMOTIONAL OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS, EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BUYER'S RECOVERY FROM SELLER FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED BUYER'S PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD SELLER HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS BASED ON SELLER'S COMPLIANCE WITH BUYER'S DESIGNS, SPECIFICATIONS OR INSTRUCTIONS, OR MODIFICATION OF ANY PRODUCTS BY PARTIES OTHER THAN SELLER, OR USE IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER PRODUCTS. IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS ARE FOUND BY AN ARBITRATION PANEL OR COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO BE INVALID OR INAPPLICABLE UNDER ANY APPLICABLE STATE OR PROVINCIAL LAW, BUYER AGREES THAT SELLER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND OR NATURE SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES PROVIDED BY ANY SUCH APPLICABLE LAW.
Buyer acknowledges that this Agreement was entered into at arms length and that it was not fraudulently induced to enter into this Agreement, in whole or any part, and Buyer explicitly disclaims and waives any claim with respect thereto.
All warranty returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by providing the appropriate information via Trouble Ticket (see above)
Polarion-USA will pay the return shipping costs for
warranty repairs. Return shipping information will be provided
at the time the RMA number is given.
REPAIRS
Items physically damaged by the customer can be repaired by Polarion-USA's authorized repair facility. Please describe the issue in detail. Be prepared if possible to supply digital photo images if possible to an email address provided in our response. The repair facility will provide you with a quote for repair in the form of an email and a Service Quote number. Customer is responsible for shipping on customer damaged items sent in for repair.
