RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES
Please consider your decision carefully before committing to purchasing products through Polarion-USA LLC as all sales are considered final once the product has been shipped.

Upon completion of the check-out process on this web store, your purchases are charged to the credit card submitted.

No exchanges (with the exception of defective items), returns, or re-stocking of product will be considered or accepted.

Items damaged by the customer are not considered defective. 

Refunds/Exchanges/Repairs from Other Sellers
Polarion-USA LLC will not facilitate the refund or exchange of products from other sellers.



EXCHANGES
In the case of defective items purchased from Polarion-USA LLC, items, can be exchanged for the same product within 5 days of the date of delivery of the product.  Polarion-USA LLC will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a defective item.

We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and processed the item that needs to be exchange. In most cases, we’ll issue an exchange within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.  
Specialty order items may take longer and the customer will be notified as to the expected delivery date.

DELIVERY AND TITLE
Polarion-USA LLC will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to Customer's requested delivery date's). Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Polarion-Store.com are estimates only and that Polarion-USA LLC will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates.


Credit Card statement will reflect your purchase through Polarion-USA LLC.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Polarion’s warranty obligations for its products are limited to the terms set forth below:

Polarion warrants it’s product (with the exception of Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Batteries) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").

Polarion warrants Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Batteries for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

No warranty shall apply to any Product that has been subject to misuse, "improper testing", assembly, mishandling, "or which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation", "maintenance or operation", "or contrary to industry standards relating to acceptable input power.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Polarion’s authorized representative within the Warranty Period", "at its option", "Polarion will (1) repair the product at no charge", "using new or refurbished replacement parts", "(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product", or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

Polarion warrants replacement products or parts provided under this warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the replacement or repair for ninety (90) days or for the remaining portion of the original product's warranty, "whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged", "any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Polarion’s property. When a refund is given", your product becomes Polarion's property.

BUYER SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, "AND SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR", INDIRECT, SPECIAL, "INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE INCLUDING", "WITHOUT LIMITATION", "BUSINESS INTERRUPTION COSTS", "REMOVAL AND/OR REINSTALLATION COSTS", "REPROCUREMENT COSTS", "LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE", "LOSS OF DATA", "PROMOTIONAL OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES", OVERHEAD, "INJURY TO REPUTATION OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS", EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BUYER'S RECOVERY FROM SELLER FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED BUYER'S PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, "WHETHER IN CONTRACT", TORT, WARRANTY, "OR OTHERWISE. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY", DEFEND AND HOLD SELLER HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS BASED ON SELLER'S COMPLIANCE WITH BUYER'S DESIGNS, "SPECIFICATIONS OR INSTRUCTIONS", "OR MODIFICATION OF ANY PRODUCTS BY PARTIES OTHER THAN SELLER", "OR USE IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER PRODUCTS. IF", "FOR ANY REASON", "THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS ARE FOUND BY AN ARBITRATION PANEL OR COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO BE INVALID OR INAPPLICABLE UNDER ANY APPLICABLE STATE OR PROVINCIAL LAW", BUYER AGREES THAT SELLER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, "OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND OR NATURE SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES PROVIDED BY ANY SUCH APPLICABLE LAW.

Buyer acknowledges that this Agreement was entered into at arms length and that it was not fraudulently induced to enter into this Agreement", "in whole or any part", "and Buyer explicitly disclaims and waives any claim with respect thereto.

All warranty returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number", which can be obtained by providing the appropriate information via Trouble Ticket (see above)

Polarion-USA LLC will pay the return shipping costs for warranty repairs. Return shipping information will be provided at the time the RMA number is given.

REPAIRS
Items physically damaged by the customer can be repaired by Polarion-USA's authorized repair facility. Please describe the issue in detail. Be prepared if possible to supply digital photo images if possible to an email address provided in our response. The repair facility will provide you with a quote for repair in the form of an email and a Service Quote number. Customer is responsible for shipping on customer damaged items sent in for repair.
